Television over IP has proven to be a serious alternative to classical digital television dissemination media such as satellite or cable. tmira's great experience on broadcasting systems and interactivity allows us to offer solutions and products on multiple areas of this emerging technology.

tmIPTV system makes it possible to configure and generate the ESG (Electronic Service Guide) according to the ETSI-TS 102034 v. 1.2.1 standard, which lets the terminals know the available IPTV channels and the configuration parameters to receive them and access to the interactive applications. That information is offered together with the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) which specifies the contents broadcasted on each channel at any time.

tmira has acquired great experience on developing interactive applications to enhance an IPTV network. Our company has created tmPlayer-IPTV, our tmPlayer version for the IPTV environment which makes possible to migrate all tmServices catalogue developed for DTT, together with other new applications designed to access multimedia services such as video on demand and personalized TV.
